Shipping based on stock?
I have a client with a t-shirt business. He has his shirts printed in small batches and can get them in less than a week. He adds new designs to the store each month but doesn't order the first batch of them until he gets the first order for one. He currently has a flat rate table for shipping 1 shirt = $5, 2 shirts = $7, 3 or more is free. He wants to add an optional express shipping but the problem is that he can't do it for the new designs that haven't been printed yet. Is there some way to offer the current shipping for all items and add the express shipping to instock items only?
