another crm question tiger vs sugar

i am wondering if anyone has used either of these systems:

sugarcrm

vtiger crm

i am looking to setup a customer management system
with invoicing options to be used as a sperate system to mamange corporate accounts. It will be run sperately and does not need to tye into zencart

just looking for feedback on these

I would always say SugarCRM with the loads of features they provide and active community
I have never used vTiger so really cant comment on it

I use sugar crm
Vtiger has a lot more built in and is based on the sugar codebase

I could not install vtiger on my dedicated server because it requires apache 2 and mysql 5.

The installer tries to install a new instance of apache 2 under a different port

Very intrusive installer for a php script.

Sugar just works

I know this is an old thread, but anyone know of a way to integrate SugarCRM with Zen Cart. There is an integration pack for OSCommerce.
