Special price not shown in shoping cart

I am still testing some features of the Zen Cart and I can not figure out, why the product is displayed with special price in the catalog, but not in the shoping cart during the checkout. The product is priced by attributes. Do I miss something?

What version of Zen Cart?

Do you import your data?

What add-ons?

Have you an URL that we can peek at?

Version is 1.3.5

I do not import data, I have created manually.

I have installed add-ons:

"Stock by Attributes v_4.1" made by Kuroi and I have overwritten a /includes/classes/order.php and

Attribute_controler.php as "Advanced attribute controler" add on.

I tried with CLASSIC template and the problem is the same. I am almost certian now that order.php I have got within "Stock By Attribute" add-on has a bug. I will have to contact Mr. Kuroi who developed this btw, very handy and useful module.
