Customer Order Progress

On the actual customer order page, where you can update order progress (Processing, Delivered, etc.), there is a table which shows the order progress

on this table there is also a reference to the Paypal payment, which has a line which says something like this:

PayPal status: Completed @ 07:31:42 Dec 06, 2006 PST Parent Trans ID: Trans ID:0AR67202FT425083P Amount: 37.95 GBP

The order has been processed and the money has been taken by Pay Pal, but there is a still a red cross next to the paypal bit.

Does anyone know when this dissapears or what can be done so it becomes a green tick?

Re: Customer Order Progress

The red x is telling you that the specific comment was not emailed to the customer ...

The green check tells you that the comment was speciifcally emailed to the customer ...

When an order is processed with PayPal, you obtain additional information that is not specifically emailed to the customer but is added to the comment history for your records ...

That will remain with the red x forever ... these marks do not change ... they are just indicators on the status of whether or not you emailed a copy to the customer ...
