Couple of questions - shipping, etc

Hi, I have a couple possibly simple questions.

1. I'm doing a test purchase, and I paid and everything went fine. Now this is really stupid question, but what do I do next? I am set up to use USPS Web tools but have never used it before. How do I get to the place to print shipping labels? Or is that possible (to pay shipping online & print labels)
   Then, let's say I have now shipped the item. Do I go into the Admin and set the order status to Delivered? That's the next in the steps, but it seems to me it should be Shipped, rather than delivered.
2. I want to have free shipping for orders that are, for instance over $25. Is it possible to set it up to automatically remove shipping when the order goes over $25?
   That's all I can think of for now, thanks in advance.

Q2: Admin > Modules > Order Total > Shipping
Here you set the order value over which delivery is free

You can change that label in your Admin> Localization> Order Statuses

Thanks for the answers. But I still don't know how to do the labels, where do I get to the WebTools API system?
