Delayed order processing

I would like to take customer info and order, call my supplier for an exact price, and then email the final order price along with a link to pay in paypal. Is it possible to do this with zen? Thanks.

Hi there
One thing that comes to mind is to set your prices to "Product is call for price" within the relevant products and explain the process as part of the product description.
