Display Category/Manufacturer Filter Not Working

After the upgrade to 1.3.7, the "Display Category/Manufacturer Filter" on the Catalog Product Listings (adjusted in Admin/Configuration/Product Listings), is not working. I have tried to turn it off and then on again. I do not have a special template for the Product Lisings.

Any ideas?

check your server files for a "0" file size file - and/or re-upload all the files and use a good FTP tool to do so.
