Upgrade to 1.3.7 killed the shipping estimator

After upgrading to 1.3.7, the shipping estimator on https://www.hostofcool.com no longer works. Does anyone no a solution to this?

Take the standard 1.3.7 files and upload the shipping moduels again. Some files may have been dropped during transfer.

It's ok to do this since you've already upgraded.

Your Shipping Estimator does not behave as if you have updated all of the files ...
