Upgrade Help

Hi, I just upgraded my cart to version 1.3.7 and I've had all sorts of problems. More to do with my lack of knowledge than anything I think. I have most of the things fixed and was at the stage where I just needed to get all the pages right and update the look. But then I realised I have another problem and this has me stumped!
Whenever I click on any of the links to do we manufacturers, I get this error message:

Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant in /home/scrapdr/public_html/shop/includes/init_includes/init_add_crumbs.php on line 45

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'from where manufacturers_id = 5' at line 2
in:
[select from where manufacturers_id = 5]

Is there an easy way to fix this? Or does it mean a full install again? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Re: Upgrade Help

Are you sure you loaded v1.3.7?

Check the Tools ... Server Info ...

What do you see from below the menu bar, up to and including the large PHP version?

Re: Upgrade Help

Thanks for your reply
The actual upgrade went OK, but I had an error message across the top of my store, saying it still needed upgrading. So when I tried to do it in Fantastico, it didn't like it. My hosting provider fixed that error but then I discovered this one and they said the only solution is to do a full reinstall. As this would involve reuploading everything to the store, I'm not so keen. There must be an easier way.

This is what I see,,

You might want to download the Zen Cart v1.3.7 from our Download link at the top of the screen ...

Load it to the site ...

Run the /zc_install and make sure all is really upgraded ...
