Importing Old Database?

I had previously backed up the database into a txt file and zipped, but I cant find where you reinstall it over the new one in the upgraded site?

you need to login to your cpanel or whatever you use to access phpmyadmin - get into that and import your old database into the new one. then run your zc_install and click on upgrade database...

Ok my issue is this. When I get in the phpmyadmin I am not sure which direction and what to click to import the database with the old button?

ok so I am reading the 98 link and it wants me to create a whole new database to put the old info in, then change the config info to match it? Is there any way at all that I can just import the old info into the new existing database?
