Quantity Discount Display Issue

I have two quantity discounts set up for every item, but for some reason it's displaying three, with the first being 100-99(?) and with the same price as what should be the first listing (100-499). It's set up so you can't buy less than 100.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this?

What are the settings on the Discounts on the Products Price Manager?

Discount Type: Actual Price Discount Price from: Price
Discount Levels Minimun Qty Discount Value Calculate Price: Extended Price:
Discount 1 100 0.5000 $0.500 x 100 = $50.000
Discount 2 500 0.2800 $0.280 x 500 = $140.00

If the product is already $0.50 then you do not need to discount the 100 ...

So only enter the price breaks ...

Example on Actual Price:
500 0.28

And you will see:
Qty Discounts New Price
100-499 500+
$0.50 $0.28
