Coupon Block on order form

No coupon block appears on my order form, how do I switch it on/off? Thanks for any help.

If you mean you do not see this during checkout ... there are modules that control the Discount Coupon ot_coupon and Gift Certificates ot_gv ...

When these are uninstalled they do not display ...

Check in the Modules ... Order Totals ...

Thanks. They do show up on the Order Total Modules as being installed and but just don't show up on the customers order form.

Have you made a Discount Coupon or a GV yet?

Has a GV been redeemed yet?

When you say Customer's order form, what page are you talking about? Coupon Redemption is on the Checkout Payment page.

Yeah it just doesn't appear on the Checkout Payment page, I even tried removing the discount coupon module and reinstalling it, but still doesn't appear on the checkout payment page. Also tried creating some new coupons but that didn't help any either.

Have you tried switching to the Classic Template to see if this shows to rule out a templates and overrides issue?
