Can't find coupon admin

Ver. 1.3.7. Under Gift Certificate/Coupons I have:

Gift Certificates Queue
Mail Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates sent

Did I disable something somewhere?

Also I have disabled show weight according to the thread but it still shows the weight of items during checkout. How do I kill that? Thanks.

Check in the Modules ... Order Total ...

Is the Discount Coupon ot_copon Installed? :smile:

On the weight there are settings for the Shipping Weight display ... Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status
Display Shipping Weight and Number of Boxes?

0= off
1= Boxes Only
2= Weight Only
3= Both Boxes and Weight

But I still have the weight problem. It is only in the shopping cart and says Total items: 1 Weight: 4lbs Amount: $34.99 and then it shows the tare weight Total Items: 1 Weight: 6lbs Amount: $34.99 (numbers change with actual product amounts) .

Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... is already set to zero.
Configuration ... Product Listing ...Display Product Weight ... is already set to zero.
Configuration ... Product Types ... Product General ... Show weight ... is already set to zero.

The faq warns against messing with the Configuration ... Product Info but I don't see a setting for weight in there anyway.

Shipping/Packaging ... the default Tare is 3lbs ... :smile:

I don't understand what you mean. I don't want the shipping weights to be shown at all and I have turned everything off but they still show. How do I get rid of them?

It sounded like you wanted to turn off the additional weight added for the Tare Weight ...

To turn off the display of weight there are several switches ...

There is one for each of the Listings ... Configuration:
Index Listing
All Listing
Featured Listing
New Listing

Then one for each of the Product Types in the Catalog ... Product Types ... Edit Layout ... and then one for the Shopping Cart in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging for on each Shipping modules:

Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status
Display Shipping Weight and Number of Boxes?

0= off
1= Boxes Only
2= Weight Only
3= Both Boxes and Weight

Then one for the Shipping Estimator / Shopping Cart in the Configuration ... Layout Settings:

Shopping Cart - Show Totals
Show Totals Above Shopping Cart?
0= off
1= on: Items Weight Amount
2= on: Items Weight Amount, but no weight when 0
3= on: Items Amount

I think that is all of the Settings ...

I already had all of those turned off. I found the answer in another thread but thanks for helping with the other thing and for the assistance with this.
