Discount based on total order value?

I found the excellent 'quantity discount' module by SWGuy, but is there a way to automatically give all customers a 10% discount if they spend over £100? :mellow:

There is an add-on by dreamscape for a total order discount ... I believe he has the link to it in his signature ...
