Is it possible to set up coupons valid on quantity purchases?

I would like to make an offer of "buy 4 or more shirts receive free embroidery". Is there a way to base a coupon on overall quantity in the cart?

Not with anything that is currently built into Zen Cart at this time ...

You might look into the Downloads or peek in the Contributions forum ...
