Original Price not showing & wrong pricture appears

Thanks for all the posts on the topic - helped me much!

A few things when trying to set up a Special for a product

1. The original price does not appear (crossed out) - I get the % off and sale price, but not the original.

2. An image appears where my product image should appear - I have no clue where this image came from or what it is.

3. There is some strange text in the box too - no clue where it came from or even what it means.

I've attached a screen shot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! James

Where did you get the template?

From the web programmer I hired to set up the website - should I take this question back to him? Thanks - James

Yes, from your screen shot it appears (I could be wrong) that the template cam from Template Monster and they have made changes to the normal operations of the price function for that section.

Thanks - is it kinda not such a good thing that they used Template Monster?

A search of the forum should reveal an answer to that query.
