HELP with zencart

HELP with zencart
uploaded all files to server...followed intructions and managed to get to the welcome page of zencart before installing...i had to change php in my hosts settings...and now i cant get back to the page where it was before to install??? it keeps coming up with a file to download...ANY IDEAS

What URL are you using? Should be http://www.MY_URL.com/MY_SHOP/zc_install/index.php if you are using a sub-directory or
http://www.MY_URL.com/zc_install/index.php without

Hi kim,
just tried both of those and the first one came back with that file to download and the second one came back with this message.
