Admin Error - IIS and PHP 5

Hi,

I am running ZenCart on a windows server with IIS6 & PHP5.2.1

I get the error "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 07C8AE66"
when I try to log into the admin area. This error comes up and goes away
randomly. The front end although has no errors and is running smooth!

I have installed a host of add on modules all from the downloads area.

I doubly checked the permissions and they are set correctly

Also, I have noticed a way out is to keep refreshing the page, or waiting a couple of hours, but that's not the solution.

Can someone please help me?

Is that all that is displayed when you set display_errors in the php.ini ? Also include start-up errors and E_ALL.
