importing updated data files

I have successfully installed zen-cart on my computer. Instead of trying to make it work on my PC that has win 98, I have decided to use my laptop - which has XP.
Now, I have a question concerning data updates. When I add new products from my test site, how do I go about uploading it to the live server withoutmessing everything up?

Zen Cart doesn't have an offline+online sync tool.
You'd need to manually add your products to the online store directly.

You could experiment with the easypopulate contribution, but I suggest you get very familiar with it before implementing, or else you may end up with new product-numbers for everything unexpectedly.
