problem in Grabing the Fix_Cache_Key after moving to new server

I move the zencart to another host, when i grab the Fix_Cache_Key, it show the
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /www/website/b/a/p/myname/htdocs/fix_cache_key.php on line 65
and i went to my store, it shows bad

did any one have the same question as me, and do any one can help me ,tks
