1366 Error in Installation

Hi. I'm just wondering if anybody have net "1366 error" during installation? - see below

What language is your Windows set up to run in ?

For both your Windows AND your WAMP, if you set language to english and your character set to UTF-8 or iso-8559-1, do things work any better?
