slloooowwww server issues

Hi everyone,

I need help try to troubleshoot why my site is so slow. I checked the parse rate and this is what I got..

Parse Time: 5.931 - Number of Queries: 451 - Query Time: 0.87434488226318

I tried to communicate to my webhost company but they just gave me a canned answer that all was working as expected. My host company is webhost4life.com

Can anyone give me some ideas on why it's sooooo slow? The current rate is unacceptable to run any website.

I would speak to your hosting site about getting you off of a server that appears to be way overloaded ...
