Invoice and Packing Slip Details
Two vital details that should be on packing slips and invoices:

Telephone number of the business sending the goods
-
Telephone number at the ship-to address
These would be particularly useful to couriers in countries like Ireland where we have no post codes, house numbers, road names, etc...
