Free item on purachase of another

Hi, How can I use salemaker etc to make the customer get a item free when they buy 2 of another. e.g. buy 2 of x and get y free.

All help greatly recieved.

You can't ... it is not designed for that ...

There is an add-on that can do buy one get one free ... so you might peek in the Downloads ...
