Cart not upgrading

I just did my upgrade from 1.3.7.1 to 1.3.8 and I got the database to upgrade ok but on the version info it still shows I am running:

Zen Cart 1.3.7.1
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I had this problem once before and I can't remember how I fixed it. It's driving me nuts. I should know this one.

Did you copy this over?

catalog\includes\version.php

Well that was a waist of 2 hours.
Ya, I just discovered it. Not only did I not copy it over but I missed a bunch of other files. I was useing Winmerge and I guess I got the pains mixed up. I was copying right to left. New to old except I was going old to new.
Time to kick my self in the ---.
