Config.php permissions problem
I recently had a server pooch on me. It was a windows machine running apache. Now we have a windows server using IIS and Plesk interface. IIS is showing the permissions on the file to be read only but I am still getting an error that I need to make file readonly. Anyone know what could be causing this?
