write permission

I have installed zencart on a test server just experiment with it. The problem I have got is it is still saying that I have to change the write permissions in configurations PHP. I've tried it on 644 and 444 but I have still got the red warning as you can see if you click on the link below. Any ideas?

Did you use FTP or your hosting control panel to change the permissions? Is the host linux or windows?

It is Windows, and I used my FTP program. I couldn't find anywhere in the hosting control panel to do it.

Okay, that problem seems to be okay now. However, how am I supposed to log in? When I click on login, there seems to be an error

Okay, worked a few things out. I had to get rid of the "s" off the end of HTTP. But I still can't find any way of getting into the admin section, any ideas
