Very happy with zen affiliated host :-D

Just wanted to post my recent experience with hosting servers.

I started the first store off with GoDaddy and experienced problems from the getgo. It took me a while to figure out it could be a server issue. I kept blaming myself and trying to find where I went wrong.

The laundry list of problems is long!........ Super long download, Duplicate charges to customers, Customers charged but no order generated, Customers thinking they placed an order and emailing me weeks later only to find nothing went through. Even a few orders generated but no charge! You name it, I dealt with it, multiple times even! I had to go through every source of information (orders, charges, paypal, etc etc) with a fine toothed comb and sure enough I would find at least one discrepancy on a daily basis. I had to be a detective!
Finally and luckily for me GoDaddy curl went completely down and their tech kept trying to point the finger at me (programmer error). It wasn't until I came onto this forum that I found out that everyone at GoDaddy was having the same issues with their zencart and it wasn't my fault after all.

That was it, I looked toward the "host friends of zencart". :-D
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say the name but I picked from the list and am SOOOOOO happy I made the move.
I have two stores and both are running smooth as silk! It's made my job much much easier let me tell you!

If anyone is wondering if they should make the move, do it! It made a world of difference to me and my stores.
