Can I login to my Admin Area without a SSL Certificate? How can I do this?

Not sure what you mean...
Your admin area is at http://www.yourwebsitename.com/admin
This brings up the login screen, and you simply enter your username and password and in you go.

IF you chose yes to ssl during setup you will need to manualy go into your admin/includes/configure.php and set ssl to false
then you can login without ssl
