Revolution Money Exchange? Like Paypal
It's actually a bank account, but you can send and receive money like Paypal with no fees! Merchant stuff is still being worked on, so I'll be curious to see if they assess any fees.
If anyone is interested in signing up, they're offering $25 if you open your account in Feb.
