BTW (VAT) does not get added up on my bill. Help
I changed the VAT (BTW) for the Netherlands 1st jan from 19% to 20%. For some strange reason, it is put on the bill, but not added up to the total amount.
so an item of €10,- with 20%VAT should be € 12,-
The bill nicely shows the item, the right VAT, the sending costs and than only adds up the sending costs and the item?
Please does anybody know what the solution could be.
The shop has been working wel for more than a year now. version 1.3.7.2, the last before 3.8
