Need Help with Easy Populate

Help Me Please....I am a newbie and so frustrated! Everyone assumes that you have some level of programming...I do not.

I'm finally starting to see some progress with zen cart, but I need to install Easy Populate. I'm having difficulty understanding the instructions. It states to change the admin name to suit your zen cart installation...hugh???? It also states to place the temp file in store directory...where is that? What???? When I installed zen it said that mysql database and mysql user is iicreate_zc1 ..... Is that the directory where i place the temp folder???? Please help me....I can follow directions if they are made clear to a novice...I have posted but no one has responded...and I have spent too many days reading posts that aren't apecific to my needs:cry:

Thanks to u guys...I got EP installed now I get this error message: I checked the permissions on my folder and it is 777...still do not have a clue what the proble is...any help would be appreciated...thanks!!

Easy Populate uploads folder not found!
NIX SERVERS: Your uploads folder is either missing, or you have altered the name and/or directory of your uploads folder without configuring this in Easy Populate.
WINDOWS SERVERS: Please request your web host to assign write permissions to the uploads folder. This is usually granted through Windows server user account IUSR_COMPUTERNAME.
Your configuration indicates that your uploads folder is named home/iicreate/public_html/thefragranzebar/, and is located in /home/iicreate/public_html/thefragranzebar/, however this cannot be found.
Easy Populate cannot upload files until you have provided an uploads folder with read/write/execute permissions for the site owner (usually chmod 700 but you may require chmod 777)

Easypopulate needs a folder called temp in the root (or in the base directory where your webshop is located.

If you don't have a folder in there called temp, create one and it should then work.
