Getting to Know Your Fellow ZenCart Users
I spoke with a couple of other ZenCart users yesterday and found that we were all curious with how other people have their stores set up and how their stores are going. So I thought I'd set up one of those "Getting to Know You" threads, just like the emails I get once a week from friends, lol. Copy the questions below and paste into your reply thread.
- What is your extent of using ZenCart? (Store owner, developer, etc.)
The following questions are for store owners. (Sorry, developers. Since I am not one, I have no idea what questions to ask you.)
- What version of ZenCart are you using?
- When did your store first open?
- How many registered customers do you have?
- How many registered customers would you like to have by the end of 2008?
- Do you send newsletters to your customers? (If no, skip to question #7
- If yes, do you send them through ZenCart? If no, how or with what service do you send newsletters?)
- What online marketing methods do you use to attract customers?
- What off-line marketing methods do you use to attract customers?
- What add-ons do you have on your store? (Forum, gallery, chat, etc.)
- What is your website's address? (If you don't mind sharing)
- Are you open to feedback from other ZenCart users (if you provided your web address above?)
- Do your customers seem to have a preferred payment method? If so, what?
