Paypal is down again. Paypal check outs or logins are broke.:oops:

The PayPal Live Site and APIs have been intermittently unavailable
since Tuesday February 19, 2008 9:35 AM PST (February 19, 2008 5:35
PM GMT).

At this time users may be experiencing 10002 error for PayPal APIs
and "click here to retry" page for Standard.

Our technical teams are working diligently to resolve the issue. We
will provide updates until the issue is
resolved.
