It happens, don't get discouraged! This is a very large community, and after having been here for a while it seems to me that there are way way more people here that are just starting out and trying to figure everything out and sometimes there just aren't enough knowledgeable people to answer everyone's questions. Plus, depending on which forum you posted in, your post can very quickly get pushed back a page or two since there is so much activity.
But hang in there! I have had a fair few posts here go unanswered. I know that it can get frustrating when it seems like you're being ignored. Just a suggestion, but perhaps(I haven't read any of your other posts) you might try making your questions a little clearer or find a more suitable forum to post in? But it may just be a little bad luck.
Zen cart is the most powerful, flexible, up to date cart system. There are so many great features to it and useful mods in the downloads section that anyone can tailor it to any situation. So it's worth the learnign curve and it's worth hanging in there on the forum. I have found that doing forum searches has given me the answers I was looking for, it might take several tries with different keys but the anwers are more than likely out there for many questions or issues.
