zencart or something else...

I have a client who is starting a non-profit. They are expecting the website to get very heavy traffic and want some of the following:

1. videos where people can watch and get info about their org.
2. a spot for "Latest News" so people can be up to date on what's going on
3. to be able to sell products
4. a way to become a member by paying a membership fee (not be confused with having to pay to be able to access areas of the site)

This is just a brief general idea of what he was thinking to have. We'll get in to more detailed lists later in the week. I was wondering though if I could do all this with Zencart or if I should look into something else such as Joomla. Although I know my way around Zencart already...:clap:

There is a mod for Wordpress on Zen Cart, so you should be able to handle blogs, news, etc.

Enough people have posted about video that I think there is info to be found here on getting it to work.

The membership fee you are talking about sounds like just another (virtual) product.
