Problems with Paypal installation

Hi, I am hoping someone knows the answer to this.

I have set up the paypal (ipn, standard) in the admin area, and proceeded through my checkout, doing a $1 test. When i completed the order, I clicked to submit the order, and got the following error message:

"The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.
"

Yes, this is a problem in your paypal webpage payment settings.

Turn off the option only encrypted payments.

You can find the option in profile of your paypal account.
