Can't get paypal express to work..

I am newbie with Zencart. I did watch some tutorials
and am trying to setup such simple shop for only downloadble goodies
and with only paypal express.
I did go tru tutorials explaining how to set product downloadle
and how to set up paypal express.
I have working busines paypal account and I did go tru all options there
to set it up correctly with tutorial (yes its verified account too).
So I think I may have some basics right so far.

But..

When I log to shop.. I dont see any sign of paypal express .
I only see that "add this to my cart" icion, that must be default by zencart?

If I go tru it and try checkout .. "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."..

I have enabled paypal express as ony availbale payment option.
And all api stuff are correct too, I beleive.

Hmm.. well all help appreciated very much. I just gave up
oscmerrce setup, and want to give change for zencart.

In your PayPal Express Checkout module, what "Payment Zone" do you have selected?
Try setting it to '--none--'

yes , it is "none" already.

What is the URL where this can be seen?

I did prv message the url.

If using paypal express doenst require user to log in, it could be good idea
to take whole registering thing away aswell.

Your product has no price.

You can't purchase something for 0.00 on PayPal.
Increase the price to something chargeable, and the PayPal option will appear.

As for free products not allowing checkout, if you enable the Zen Cart Free Charger payment option, then you'll be allowed to do checkout of free orders such as you've been attempting to do. This won't use PayPal because it doesn't need to.

I change price to 1 and it did work like you said, great :cool:

I got then some error 1002 something complaining about using live settings
in sandbox enviroemnt or viceversa, did change to live and now it looks
okay expect I want to default zencart checkout buttons removed.

Still need to test if transaction actually work.

Transaction worked perfeclly, only problem now is
that is seems too complicated, and I should get rid of all
those zencart's default checkout etc screens, and make the download link
right away for customer when he/she has paid.

Is there any tutorials / threads info, how to take away those default
zencart checkout etc stuff? Only leave there paypal buttons?

I am still amazed the transaction worked.. thnx one more time for all info.

Okay, my friend made video file of successfull transaction.
And when I watched it I must admit, it seems there is few
unnessary steps.

What is happening now is:

Customer chooses product, adds it cart.

then goes back to shpping or buy it with paypal exress button

all here is fine expect those 2 button what needs to removed somehow
1 "go to checkout" butoon is not necessary due the paypal express button
2. "estimate shipping" needs to be removed

then.. customers pays product and comes back to zencart

now.. there is 2 unnessary steps

step 1 side with continue checkout
step 2 confirm order (if customer paid already twhats there to confirm?)

and only after these.. the download link is placed quite small
at very bottom page.

I would like it to work the way that when customer has paid and got
back to zencart, the download link would appear right away.

If you somebody have info links to study I would be happy.
I didnt find any places from admin menu so far where I could
skip some of those steps etc. What kind of job this is?
Where to start this customising thing?! PLS HELP!

1. How to remove non needed buttons
2. How to take away those steps before customer can download the product

I did succeed with some stuff, but now main concern is SIMPLIFY
the end after payment..

There is 2 screens before customer can download the file.
So is thre any change I could skip those 2 and get the page
where is the download right away after coming back from Paypal.

Where is this whole process set? What to do? I did see
some a bit similar thread, but there was some even bigger
problem if I understood right, going twice to paypal.

I only need those skip those 2 steps before final download screen.:mellow::huh::dontgetit
