Paypal Buttons

I am new to this, so anyones help would be great.
I have downloaded the latest ZEN adn completed everything in the setup. I have a business Paypal account and have all API codes etc and installed them into ZEN setup.

I still cant seen to get the radio buttons on my pages so folks can click to add to cart etc.

I don't understand your question.

You talked about PayPal, and then you talked about radio buttons to add to cart.
In a fresh new install of Zen Cart, the add-to-cart buttons are presented on the product pages automatically.
