PayPal Express and VAT Tax not working for me
Hi
I have a problem(!). My ZC is working nicely but.... when using PayPal Express the VAT (UK sales tax, 17.5%) does not get added.
It adds if I make an order paid by check, tax zones, rates and classes are all set up.
I've been through the error 10413 debug; and am a bit frustrated at the moment.
I have set up PayPal Website payments (IPN) and that works fine with tax; but defeats the object if Express (customers without PayPal accounts).
I've tried scanning the forums for solutions - and have seen other people post problems; but no solution.
Grateful for any help.
