Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Are you running any other mods aside from Lightbox?What version of ZC are you runing cause it looks like maybe you need to merge both the zen
tpl_modules_main_product_image.php and additional_images with the matching ones in lightbox.

Hi Guys - i've had a read through some of the back pages but i'm having trouble with this mod. It looks like its going to work - starts to show the lightbox then just opens the image full screen. I've checked, checked and checked again that the files are in the right places.

I've checked the permissions of the files too. I've had another lightbox work before which stopped working.. i thought it was the same as this one but could that be causing the issues?

When i installed the patch i tried it in zc_admin and it said 4 statements run and didn't warn that any didnt. I did also try running it through phpadmin but it said configuration_table does not exist?

Any ideas?

Should we expect 'genuine' fix for this one or there's nobody to do it?

Any answers on this? I see a few people advising that fixes work, and a few others still having problems. An updated release that addresses the issue would be ideal. Any input from the author anywhere?

I have what may be a real stupid question but I can't find the answer after an hour of searching. I added the auction mod which creates a new product display file named product_auction_info.php. The zen lightbox does not work with this file. I want to be able to add the lightbox to this page but cannot figure out how to do it. Any help would be great. Thanks.

yes they share the additional_images.php file so that one needs to be merged. Just place a ~ at the end of yours that is installed right now then upload the attached one from my working store....see if that helps..let us know.

I have mine in includes/modules/my-themes-named folder

does this mod come with a pages folder? if so then add the pages file from the zencart mod to it...otherwise it may need a code inserted and not sure what/how to do that

It is actually davewest's Auction Mod. It has a templates subfolder under my template I am using that it adds to. It also adds some modules and other various files to my default template.

I told you wrong file. It is:
tpl_product_auction_info_display.php which is extremely similar to tpl_product_info_display.php. Sorry about that. They are in the templates subfolder under my current template.

not sure about that other one since it is named differently.

I opened the zip and there are folders for modules/pages

so also remember to add the lightbox's jscript_zen_lightbox.php into each one to see if that helps

what is the name of your template...is it a paid for template with js scripts added? soemtimes lightbox has a problem with that type of template.

WELLLLL, I just went to your store using my pc and firefox browser...just clicked on the blue demin dress...demin-folk-flower-pocket-dress

it is showing it to me in a lighbox window

is it all images that were not working or just a few?

try clearing your cache and cookie from your browser, then open it in a new window

Using the search facility on top of this page (Search This Thread), search for the word 'Chrome' . This gives you all (about 40 or 50) posts dealing with the solution of this problem.

I did just that and tried one solution but did not work.

Do you have any clue which one will work?

Has the download been fixed because it's really frustrating.

SOLVED...had to re-write some of code now it will work either on a fresh install or upgrade.

I'm not getting it fixed as written a few pages back...

• Replaced the slimbox.php
• Downloaded the file from mootools.net and transfered the content to the 2 files in /jscript of my template.....

• Compatibility with ZC 1.3.9h
• Migrated to jQuery from MooTools
• Updated to latest slimbox 2.04
• Updated stylesheet to match latest slimbox

I've tested installing it a few times and it seems to be working OK, but I'd like a few other brave souls to uninstall ver1.5 and give it a try before loading it on the Add-Ons page.

Note: I have only tested this with ZC 1.3.9h so if anyone has ver a-g that could test it too that would be great.

after I removed v1.5 and installed v1.6 my homepage still works fine, but product listing page was blank, should be something wrong made product listing page can't show up:oops:. I use sql file to remove it now.

Still thank so much for your contribution:hug:, wait for newer version.:clap:
