Cherry Zen Template Support Thread

Hello. I need your HELP people Please.

I removed the logo and default text as Jettrue advised however there is a smal link remains on the left top corner between the second banner (which I made as a header) and red menu bar. I can not remove it. I would like to keep grey background line. Please HELP. My site: https://www.alfa-mobile.com

No, don't paste it into the header. IN cherry zen, that section (controls the sites error codes and has nothing to do with COWOA) is moved into tpl_main_page.php for design purposes.

That chunk is NOT the chunk that is different in the COWOA mod, I'd suggest comparing COWOA header with cherry zen header again, and look for another difference.

I was so impressed with the images, when we put a mouse over an image, there is a bigger image pop up. It is amazing, I would like to have that at my website.

What should I do to get that effect? I have tried to search for the answers but have not got it. Honestly, I don't know what is that, is it called image flyout or hover?

I would be very appreciative if I could get help with that.

That's done with the Image Handler 2 mod, (IH2), its found in the downloads section under "Other Modules".

I LOVE this template!! The thing I like the most is the detailed documentation you have supplied - Thank you very much for taking the time to put this all together for us!! I do have a few questions though.....

I would like to remove the Categories listing under the header (not the sidebar). The docs say how to make it grey (ez-pages), but I would like to remove it completely.

That bit of grey above the sideboxes can be removed by adding margin:0 to h3.leftBoxHeading, h3.rightBoxHeading in stylesheet.css.

I have installed Cherry Zen Template and is working quite fine.But whenever i tried to login the page goes blank.Or say when i add an item to cart the page get completely blank.At the same time when i change the template to the deafult settings all is working fine .Please help me out.The design is fine.I dont want to change the template.Please help me...:dontgetit

You have something wrong with a file somewhere. You changed a file incorrectly somehow. Your error log may help pinpoint it, but my suggestion is to start replacing files that you have changed.

I cant figure out which one is wrong.Can you point out a way to locate such errors.I have made the main navigation below the header banner.Is it due to that? or the CSS change on the category listings?Can you give suggestion on how to locate those error files in zencart?
It may be of much help for a beginner like me.

If you have access to your sites cpanel or some kind of online manager (ask your host), you can look at the error log and see if it helps to point you in the right direction.

It wouldn't be due to any normal file changes. Somewhere, a files format was either messed up, maybe a space before the beginning <?php, etc.

How do I remove the following:-

Your logo could be wider here, Sales Header Text Could Be here, Or a Banner Image, or any combination of the three; find instructions in the readme.txt, which you have read already, right?
