Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

We’ve just moved our site to a dedicated server and were now having problems with our image handler, we have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it but still no luck,

When I look at the pictures in the image handler manager all three sizes (default, medium and large) are showing the same size picture,

Were using Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

It seems this is a IH2 bug, as it is on all the carts I have viewed recently. Again : The zoomed (med pop out image displayed over the small) in Safari (mac os) will always appear at the same position (top of the page), so the products at the top of the page appear ok, however once the page is scrolled down, images appear out of site (Above the fold)

Please post if someone finds a fix.

All the IH2 files are up and correctly placed, since all other browsers except Safari display OK, I think it must be the css or jscript file that needs a tweak?

Do other sites have this issue with Safari? (Zoom image appears only at top of the page)

The fix has been posted many times already.

Have you really double check that you uploaded "All" the IH files?
You are missing this one.

The fix is in the post you quoted me from.
In fact, within the last 16 posts I posted this fix twice.
Thats right the fix is upload the missing file.

Really, the most common mistake is and the reason this thread is so long is that people did not check to see that "All" Images Handler files was uploaded.
2 most common files that people miss are
style_imagehover.css
jscript_imagehover.js

Search:
If you are login to Zen-Cart.com there is a "Search This Thread" tool.
I do keyword search, error search and browser(name) search.
I read threads by starting with the most recent post and go back. I found that I'll get the answer within a few pages but in case I don't I also note who is posting the helpful posts. Then using the "Search This Thread" tool I search that user's name.

As many have said before me, I apologize if this has already been answered ... I'm actually sure it has but I have searched and searched and come up with nothing :( I must not be hitting on the right keywords.

I've installed Image Handler, it works great. What I am trying to figure out is how to have it resize the images for all the products that were already on my site at the time of install. Related to this, if I was to go back and change the size I wanted for say the smallest image size, how do I have Image Handler go back and resize all the images on the site?

Whatever the error is search for that error.

common j-script error with IE with people using a older IH.
"pageY is null or not an object"
So do a search for "pageY is null or not an object" but you might have to break down the search term to a word or 2.
Sometimes Zen-Cart search is lacking.

Exactly, try it first on your local test site.
If you don't have one, it is high time to get one.

If something was working then doesn't work its a good chance it was something you did or your host did.

On your reinstall, did you double check that you uploaded all the IH files?
If not, check again and this might be of help
