List your Zen inventory on eBay

I would wait. I have made quite a few changes since the last release. This version I am in the process of testing now is considered stable and on the latest eBay API.

I am working out a couple of bugs in the installer and then it will be up.

This will allow you to post your items on eBay. The checkout process is more like a work in progress.

Unfortunately it is only me working on this right now and I have a million things to do.

I am looking forward to but not in a super rush. I will until you fine tune it.:smile:

In your alp/config directory there is a file called myinfo.php or something similar. This prints out the absolute path to your files. This is not needed in the web installer.

I also wanted to let everyone know that the next release of ALP will not support register globals.

This is really exciting! I can't wait for the release! I have lots of friends that will probably switch to Zen Cart sites when this mod is available!

i tired running the mypath.php after pasting the command into it in the ontructions but i just get internal server error

Although I do not personally use eBay. Due to popular demand I am considering writing a contribution much like my Google Base Feeder which will create the Turbo Lister Bulk Upload File. Once in Turbo Lister, the final touches such as categories and shipping can be added.

The generator will have options to include specific product categories and I can add other special features such as: only include products over x amount of dollars, markup price by x%, etc.

For those of you who are familiar with my editions of the Google Base Feeder, please PM to discuss your needs. If you haven't used the GBF, the feeder and the marketplace it feeds to are both free and will significantly boost your sales without increasing your workload or costs. I only ask a donation in return for using my scripts to generate profits in your Zen Cart stores.

It looks like I got everything working correctly with it for the time being. It is still a little rough around the edges. It could use some cleaning up. But I think we are looking at a point where I can release it now.

If people run into bugs with it then they can just email me and I will fix them as we go along. These changes, while not great or fantastic, have been eating up a lot of my time and I need to move on to more aspects of Zen.

So I will be testing it out once again this morning. Hopefully by this afternoon you can have it. (I mean my afternoon not UK time) I just woke up. :0)

I have SVN setup and functional. I will give you the links and create an account for you if you want to tackle some of the work.

I do realize it just turned noon time. I am still working on the installer. I made a couple of changes that will allow you to pick your eBay location during installation.

If you only want to sell on eBay.com you enter the number for that site. Same with UK, AU and Canada.

I've been getting a lot of requests for more countries. I will be adding Germany to the list to be added next.

A couple more things to do then a final test and you all can have it.

BTW, does this one support: template(for ebay listing) and email checkout at the store(instead on ebay) or we need to wait for the next versions?

eBay HTML Templates are currently manual. What this means is when you create your auction description you can put any template you like in there along with your description and save it to your auction items.

When you run the auction in the future, you go into your auction items and pull it up. You can send it as it is or make revisions and send or save it again.

The email checkout is currently being worked on. I expect to have this done before proceeding with any further releases so I can get you Zen cart folks up and running completely. :smile:

There is an basic template system that comes with the HTML editor I am using. I haven't had time to sit down and see what it will take to get this working with standard templates. I am sure that it can be done however as I have seen this working on other sites.
